Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (where applicable)
* Books with clear signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl discs that have been opened.
* Any goods that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason that is not our fault.
* All goods returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund (where applicable)
Once the return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and the original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refund (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, this does not apply to sale or promotional items.
Exchange (where applicable)
We only exchange items that are initially faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange for an equivalent item, please email us at petit-ours.store and send the item to : Grensen 8, Oslo, 0159, Norway.

Gifts
If the item was labelled as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. When the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift voucher by post.

If the item was not labelled as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them so that they know that you have returned the gift.
Shipping
To return the product, you must send it to the following postal address: Grensen 8, Oslo, 0159, Norway.

You are responsible for the shipping costs in connection with the return of the item. These are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged item may vary.

If you are sending an item with a value of more than SEK 870, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
